I had ham & cheese, but it doesn’t matter…this quiche was fantastic! As I’m the only low-carber in the house, I cut this into 8 slices and have been microwaving one per day. Good thing I pre-cut because I’d have cut way-too-big slices if I had tasted first😄 Seriously great flavor and the eggs are cooked perfectly. And, youdon’t have to be a low-carber to enjoy this – that’s just my excuse for not sharing😊
